Partners in Anesthesia establishes and maintains a trusted partnership and continuous cycle of support with our clinicians and employers, providing them with short-term and long-term locum tenens solutions, locum-to-permanent conversions, and permanent staffing placements. The cycle of support lasts the entire duration of the contract and begins with an intake assessment, and progresses through presentation, interviews, contract execution, onboarding, follow-up, periodic check-ins, and services as needed.
